• Non-smoking accomodation.
• The flat is located on the first floor without lift. We are sorry that it is not equipped for persons with reduced mobility.
• No parties allowed. No loud noise is allowed at all times and especially between 10pm and 8am, in accordance to the property rules.
• The minimal duration of the stay is 3 nights from October to May included.
• From June to September, the minimal duration of the stay is 7 nights, from saturday afternoon to to the next saturday's morning.
• In accordiance to the sanitary rules due to the covid pandemic (disinfection and ventilation of the accomodation), arrivals will be possible only after 5 pm. On the day of departure, you are kindly requested to leave the flat before 11.30 am.
• Sub-letting and professional use of the flat strictly forbidden.
• The reservation is firm after payment by transfer of a 50% down-payment.
• The remaining 50% will be transferred on the day of arrival together with the town council tax.
• The client will be held responsible for any damage occuring during the stay. A €300-deposit will be let as a guarantee upon arrival in cash or by transfer, to be refunded if no damage occurs during the stay.
• Except in the case of an Act of God, the written cancellation by the client binds them to pay the total amount of the booking (down-payment + balance). Nevertheless if this cancellation is done early enough to allow the rental to another client, the payment of the balance will not be requested.
• No show will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will lead to the payment of the whole amount (down-payment + balance).
• In case of arrival after the scheduled date or departure before the planned end of the stay, no refund will be granted.
• Except in the case of an Act of God, the cancellation by the landlord binds them to pay refund the amount of the down-payment.
• During the stay the landlord will be allowed to order a « duly justified » cancellation in case any of the following reasons occurred: loud or unhygienic behaviours, complaint from the neighbourhood, damage in the accomodation or the common areas of the building, sub-letting or professional use. The « duly justified » cancellation will be stated through email for immediate effect. The client will have to leave the flat before 10 am the next day. If such a situation should occur the whole payment would remain the possesion of the landlord.
